Match Day Prize Draw : Paris - Troyes - ALL Accor Lounge

ACCOR, a French société anonyme (public limited company) with a share capital of €785,568,804, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 602 036 444, having its registered office at 82 rue Henri Farman, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France (hereinafter "ACCOR"), is organizing a paid raffle (hereinafter the "Raffle") from October 5 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) (UTC+1) to October 27 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) (UTC+1). This Raffle is entitled: "Match Day Raffle - Paris - Troyes".
These rules govern the running of the Raffle, the terms of participation, and the designation of winners.

This Raffle is organized from October 5 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) to October 27 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) and will be available in French, English, and German.
The days and times indicated in these rules refer to the UTC+01:00 time zone (Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris). No other time zone will be taken into account for participation in the Raffle.
Participation in the Raffle is open to any natural person of legal age who is a member of the ALL Accor loyalty program at the start date of the Raffle and resides in Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, France, Canada, China, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, or Vietnam (hereinafter the "Participant"), with the exception of any company or natural person participating, directly or indirectly, in the organization or implementation of the Raffle.

Each Participant acknowledges having read the complete rules and the principles of the Raffle and accepts their terms. Participation in this Raffle implies the Participant's full and unreserved acceptance of all the terms set out in these rules, the rules of conduct in force on the Internet, as well as the laws and regulations applicable to raffles.
Any breach of any of the provisions of these rules will result in the invalidation of the participation.

The Raffle aims to promote the Paris Saint-Germain offers offered by ALL Accor.
To participate, the Participant must complete the following steps:

A random draw will be held on October 28 in Paris to select the 5 winners. This draw will be conducted by the bailiff’s office (huissiers de justice) specified in Article 11 of these rules.

Each winner will be awarded one of the following prizes:

The distribution of prizes will be as follows: Winner No. 1 will receive Prize 1, Winner No. 2 will receive Prize 2, and so on.
Only one prize will be awarded per household (same name/same address and/or same email address).
The prize is personal, non-transferable to third parties, non-exchangeable, and non-modifiable.
Under no circumstances may financial compensation be requested as a substitute for the prize offered. ACCOR reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to replace this prize with another prize of equivalent value.
ACCOR cannot be held responsible for the use of the prize by the winners. Any resale of the prize by the winners is strictly prohibited. ACCOR disclaims all liability regarding any disputes relating to the terms of prize allocation.

The winners will be informed by email starting from October 30. This email will be sent to the email address provided by the winners, provided they have provided a valid address. It is specified that providing incomplete or incorrect contact details will prevent the delivery of the prize, without ACCOR incurring any liability.
Winners will then have 48 hours from receipt of the email to contact ACCOR to claim their prize.
Any winner who does not reply within the aforementioned timeframe will be deemed to have forfeited their prize. ACCOR will then designate a new winner in accordance with the same procedures.
The names of the winners will be available from ACCOR and the bailiff’s office specified in Article 11 of these rules.

Upon receipt of the email informing the winners of the prize won, these winners will have 48 hours to confirm that they accept the prize and will personally attend the event won, the name and date of which will be specified in the body of the email. No compensation will be given in the event of withdrawal or absence of a response within the deadlines.

Participation in the Raffle does not confer any rights upon the Participants over the intellectual property of ACCOR. In accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, any reproduction, representation, or exploitation of all or part of the elements (graphics, text, etc.) making up this Raffle is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, graphics, and product names mentioned are registered trademarks, graphics, or product names.
Any use of the Raffle's elements, regardless of the method, is subject to compliance with intellectual property rules.

ACCOR reserves the right to carry out any necessary verifications to ensure that each participation complies with all the provisions of these rules. To this end, ACCOR may notably verify:

ACCOR cannot be held liable for Internet or electrical network disruptions, improper use of the Internet, malfunction of reception equipment, or any other incident relating to the proper functioning of the Raffle that might prevent a user from playing before the deadline.
It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any damage. Any connection to the page and participation in the Raffle is done under the sole responsibility of the Participants. Any Participant attempting to interfere with the Raffle's computer system in any way, to win or attempt to win, will be excluded from the Raffle. Furthermore, ACCOR reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who has committed fraud or attempted to do so.
ACCOR cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind:

The complete rules of the Raffle are filed with ABCJUSTICE Huissiers de Justice Associés, whose office is located at 6, rue Alain Chartier, 75015 Paris, France. The rules may be modified at any time by ACCOR in the form of an amendment. This amendment would then be sent to the bailiff for registration and the modifications would be posted online.
The rules will be sent free of charge to anyone who makes a written request before the closing date of the Raffle (as evidenced by the postmark) to ACCOR's address.

The winners authorize ACCOR to use, distribute, and communicate their names along with their prizes. Otherwise, winners may expressly decline the disclosure of their names in response to the email from ACCOR informing them of their prize.

For their participation in the Raffle to be taken into account and validated, participants must provide certain personal information, such as: ALL – Accor Live Limitless card number, Last Name, First Name, Email, city, and country of residence. The processing of this data is necessary to process the participation, determine the winners, and award the prizes.
ACCOR processes traffic and connection data to the Raffle Website. It notably stores the identifier (IP address) of the computer used by a participant to compile statistics on Website visits, ensure the security of the Website and the Raffle, and verify the sincerity and fairness of participation in the Raffle and its compliance with the Rules, in particular to prevent or detect any automated requests on the Raffle Website or Application or any automated sending of invitations to third parties, which would systematically lead to the exclusion of the Participant concerned and the forfeiture of any prize. A Participant in this situation would expose themselves to legal action by ACCOR. If necessary, ACCOR may make this traffic data available to third parties or public authorities, under the conditions set by law.
This data is intended for ACCOR, as the Data Controller, solely for the purposes of organizing the Raffle. ACCOR reserves the right to have it processed by a subcontractor or partner complying with legal and regulatory requirements relating to the protection of personal data in terms of confidentiality, security, or location. Under no circumstances will the personal data collected be transferred to third parties for commercial exploitation.
It will be kept only for the duration of the Raffle and solely for the needs of the Raffle, and will not be used for commercial solicitation. It will not be sold or assigned to third parties in any way whatsoever.
ACCOR undertakes to take all necessary precautions with regard to the data subjects to preserve the security of the information and, in particular, to prevent it from being communicated to unauthorized third parties.
Each participant may exercise their rights (access to data, rectification, erasure, or objection to processing) by writing to ACCOR's Data Protection Officer at the following address: accorhotels.dpo@accor.com . The Participant or voter must indicate their last name, first name, valid contact email, and postal address, and must attach a copy of a valid proof of identity bearing their signature to their request.
Persons exercising their right to erase their data before the end of the Raffle will be deemed to have withdrawn their participation.
Participants are also informed that, unless otherwise provided by law or regulation, the data collected will be kept for the time necessary for the duration of the processing. They may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

These rules are governed by and subject to the provisions of French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may be applicable in the consumers' country of residence.
It is drafted in French, English, and German. In the event of a contradiction with any foreign language version, the provisions of the French version shall prevail.
If one or more provisions of these rules are declared null and/or inapplicable, the remaining clauses shall retain their full force and scope.

In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these rules, the Participant and ACCOR will first seek an amicable settlement. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the user may refer the dispute to the Tourism and Travel Mediator (Médiateur du tourisme et du voyage).
