The General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Limitless Experiences by ALL Accor e-boutique, the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the ALL Accor loyalty program, and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for ticketing relating to matches organized by Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) at Parc des Princes also apply.
Ordering a package is exclusively reserved for members of the ALL Accor loyalty program who have received an email sent by Accor informing them of the number of Reward points they hold and inviting them to log in to the dedicated website in order to order a package. For each event, the dedicated website provides the following information:
The nature and characteristics of the event (venue, competition concerned, match dates and times, etc.).
The number of ALL Accor Reward points required to order a package.
The website also describes the characteristics of the different seating locations from which members who have ordered a package will be able to attend an event.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are placed and subject to package availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason (for example, due to an insufficient number of Reward points), the corresponding ticket will be made available for sale again on the Limitless Experiences website.
The ALL Accor loyalty program member declares that they have full legal capacity to enter into obligations under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties (Accor and a member) regarding the sale of packages made available by ALL Accor through the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from the placing of an order through to its follow-up.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the consumer's country of residence. They are drafted in French; in the event of any inconsistency with any foreign-language version, the provisions of the French version shall prevail. As this Limitless Experience constitutes a leisure service provided on a specific date or period, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed by the member, in accordance with Article L.221-28 (12) of the French Consumer Code.
Packages are neither exchangeable, resalable, transferable to a third party, nor refundable except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer (Paris Saint-Germain, Parc des Princes), in which case ALL Accor will reimburse the member for the points used for the relevant order. No financial compensation will be granted if the package is not used by the member. ALL Accor declines all responsibility in the event of any unlawful use of a package.
Upon arrival at the venue, the member must present an official photo ID confirming their identity (valid passport, national identity card, or residence permit) in order to gain entry.
Each ticket is valid only for the venue, date, and time for which it was issued. The ticket may not be used under any other circumstances.
The order will be confirmed by email from ALL Accor within three (3) business days to the email address provided by the member when placing the order. The ticket will be attached to the confirmation email between five (5) and three (3) days before the match. All information provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.

Please note that video and photographic recordings of the event may be taken. If so, such videos and photographs may be distributed through Accor Group’s internal and external communication channels.
Please note that there will be no cloakroom or luggage storage facilities available. Therefore, it will not be possible to arrive by scooter with a helmet requiring storage.
